If you receive a parking violation at Deer Valley, you can pay for it through the following options:

*Initial violations are $100 with a $50 discount if you pay within 10 days. Repeat violations will result in a $250 fee with a $125 discount if paid within 10 days. Violation disputes must be made in writing within 10 days of the violation date. Disputes will not be handled in person or over the phone.

As the Deer Valley parking operator, Park Deer Valley has been granted the authority to issue violations and collect violation fees on behalf of Deer Valley.

If you were issued a parking ticket by Park Deer Valley and would like to dispute it, your dispute must be made in writing within 10 days of the violation date.
